Installation and setup
Include your .myshopify.com domain, the page where you are working, and the step that is blocked. Do not send access tokens or passwords.
Campaign or cart behavior
Include the campaign name, expected rule, theme name, cart condition, and screenshots where available.
Billing
When public billing is enabled, Shopify manages approval, invoices, plan changes, cancellation, and payment details. Include your shop domain and Shopify charge reference where available.
Privacy requests
Merchants should identify the relevant shop domain and request type. Shoppers should contact the merchant first, because the merchant controls its store data.
Response expectations
Support is provided by email. We aim to acknowledge standard requests within two business days. Gift Engine does not provide emergency, real-time, or telephone support.
Security
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, or other secrets by email. For a suspected security issue, send a concise description, affected shop domain, and the safest available contact method.
